Here are some of the F.A.Q.:

How long in advance should I order the Figures?
The minimum time is three weeks. However this time may depend on the existing orders. To ensure your order we advise that it should be done as early as possible.

How do I ask for a budget?
You may complete the form available on our website -> budget - or if you prefer, you can send us an email to mailbolaneve@gmail.com or contact us by phone (+351) 91 865 79 59.

How long does it take to create each piece?
The time spent obviously depends on the complexity of each piece. For example, the figure for wedding cake toppers require at least 12 hours of work. The simplest parts usually take 6 hours from start to finish.

What is the material of the figures?
We use two types of material: FIMO and Resin.
FIMO is clay that enables an easy modeling. It is ideal for creating custom figures. With proper care, cleaning and handling the figure lasts forever. For greater detail about the product you can visit the official site in www.fimo.com
The Resin is a material highly resistant to impact. It is ideal for creating replicas in series. In order to obtain the pieces in resin it is necessary to create an original in clay and silicone mold.

What is the normal size of the Fimo Figures?
The size can vary depending on the order but in average it is between 15 and 19 cm high.

The finish of the Fimo Figures can be with or without varnish?
It depends on personal taste. The varnish is, however, an option that gives the piece an extra layer of protection and a brighter appearance. You can see the differences here.

How is the payment done?
Payment is by bank transfer in two stages:
1st TRANSFER: 50% of the total value of the work;
2nd TRANSFERt: the balance plus shipping before sending the order.

How do you deliver the order?
We offer you 4 methods of delivery:
1- If requested, by EMAIL (illustrations, animations, advertising) at no additional cost.
2
- IN HAND DELIVERY - Special delivery (available only in Greater Porto, Portugal) at no additional cost.
3- MAIL -Receiving the order is made, normally, within one week.
The Service does not include shipping fragile items such as all the pieces in Fimo. This is an ideal way to deliver Resin Toys.
4- DHL is a service door-to-door and receiving the order is made, normally, within 4 days.
This is an ideal way to deliver Fimo Figures.

Where is your shop located?
Currently we only have our website: http://www.bolaneve.net

I'd like to experience working in Fimo. Must I have some special care?
Yes, when working with Fimo you must keep in mind some basic rules:
Do not use kitchen utensils, do not accidentally ingest the material, do not let the material comes into direct contact with food or places used for food and avoid burning the work piece in the oven to prevent inhalation of toxic fumes. Children must be supervised by an adult when handling the material.
Fimo is toxic and if ingested can be harmful. Therefore we advise you to wash your hands when you finish the work. You can use water and soap, but a brush turns the washing process easier. After being taken to the oven the piece can be handled freely.

What are the materials needed to work Fimo?
Essentially you need the will, imagination, Fimo, your hands and an oven. To help you use the following materials:
A board (wood or plastic) to provide support - recommend the use of paper as it will tarnish the support; an x-acto, a roller, tweezers and tools for normal plastic model. On this site you can see these and other materials: http://www.fimo.com/FIMO_Accessories.Staedtler?ActiveID=136129

Can Fimo be baked in the microwave?

Nooo! The microwave will blow the Fimo. You must always use an oven.

I Have a Store. Can I resell yours products ?
Well Yes! Please send us an email and we will write you back!
